So yeah, Kazuma is a spirit. He's dead as hell. It's not really a spoiler; homeboy has been dead for a long time. But that means I need to make a visibility post! Normal humans/robots/cat people/whatever will not be able to see him unless he calls attention to himself. Children, animals, and other spirits would be able to see him regardless. That's just how it works in Noragami wrt being from the ~other side~. They are also very easy to forget as time passes.

Which is to say that unless your character is obviously a child or a spirit, I will assume they can't see him. And since there are a lot of characters here with special powers that might make them more likely to see him, this is where you can let me know so I don't screw it up! If your character can see Yato or Yukine/Ren, they can see Kazuma as well. Kazuma is a shinki, like Yukine.
